You have to read the Cay. It has amazing illustrations and language features. These are the main characters; Phillip, Timothy and his cat. It has a excellent  quiz at the end. At the start of the adventure Phillip lost his mother at sea because people were dropping bombs in their home in Curacao the largest of the dutch islands. His mom quickly booked two tickets for a boat heading to Virginia Sinks. But soon after boarding, bombs were dropped on the boat. His mother managed to get on a lifeboat but Phillip didn't. He was stuck on a raft with old man Timothy and his cat.

• Compassion a pinch

• Manners one teaspoon

• Friendship two cups

• Thoughtfulness two Tablespoons

• Honesty two pinches

• Courage one cup

• Compliments handful

Grab a bowl and add two cups of friendship.

Cheerfully add a pinch of compassion.

Happily add One teaspoon of manners.
Carefully put Two spoons of thoughtfulness.

Sprinkle Two pinches of honesty.

 Pour one cup of courage.

about how popcorn pops I hope you
enjoy!   

First I'll tell you about the hull.
The hull is the outside of a kernel.
A kernel is a type of corn. But it's
different when stem builds up
inside the kernel it will eventually
pop making popcorn.

I bet you're wondering about how
you get the white fluffy part of
popcorn.

 How to Make 

Pendants

Pour 1 cup of flour in a bowl. Then add half a cup of water in the same bowl.

Add in 5 spoons of salt in the bowl. Mix it, then knead it gently until you make dough.

Cut it into shapes and leave in the sun to dry for 2 hours then you're done.
